Our journey commenced with metal castings. Gradually we stepped into manufacturing Aircraft Refuellers and over time, we established ourselves as a major stake holder of Aviation Fuel Refueling System. Since past several decades we are continuously offering our customers an ingenious customized solution in Special Application Vehicle Sector.Manufacturing Facility
Our manufacturing unit is located GP 15 & 16, HSIDC, Industrial Estate, Gurugram (Haryana). We operate, a 8152 Sq. Meters facility which is well equipped with trained and qualified workforce and production machinery to manufacture Special Purpose Vehicle Super-structures and other light medium and heavy fabrication work.

Our Design Department is manned by well qualified and experienced engineers. All design work are handled in-house with application of latest software's. Our engineers are continuously adopting the latest technology and new equipment designs to meet the challenge and stringent requirement of Special Application Vehicle Industry.
Plant & Machinery
Our metal forming section is well equipped mainly with Shearing, Press brake and Rolling machines to customize the parts in terms of specific dimensions and shape as per customer’s requirement.
Our fabrication section have all the basic and modern facilities viz. Semi automatic metal inert gas welding, tungsten inert gas welding, submerged arc welding, Plasma cutting, Profile cutting, gas cutting and EOT etc.
Our assembly shop is mainly engaged for vehicle integration. Super structure mounting, Imported and indigenous bought outs fitment, fuel line, hydraulic, pneumatic, auto electrical are the major activities in this bay.
Our finishing bay have Grit blasting for surface preparation of small medium and large structures, pickling passivation, metal coating and painting facilities in order to give aesthetic look to the end product.
Testing bay have different load testing fixtures, shower testing, V notch, Hydro test equipment’s, and all major inspection & testing related equipment’s to test the final product as per accepted test procedures.
Our machine shop supports the fabrication and assembly shop by providing all machining parts related to all of our product range with the help of Lathe, Shaper, Boring, Drill, Power saw machines etc.
Generator set provides continuous power during power breakdown, and load shading. The installed power back up is sufficient to run the entire unit and facilitates the uninterrupted work during power cuts.
